henna hair

so here are the results from my experimenting with henna!

i'm actually really happy with it! the ends are darker because i usually get my hair dyed chemically at a salon.
(although it's obviously been a while with how red the roots got!)
but i kind of like how it looks. Doug says it's kinda crazy, but fun to look at. hahaha.

think i will wait a bit and see how this lasts, then use the rest of the LUSH henna bar i have. (i used 3 of the 6 squares)
but will probably get some straight henna powder the next time i need to buy it.

with the baby on the way, i've done alot of research, and hate how many chemicals i use everyday!
been doing better with my bafroom stuffs. maybe i'll do a post about that later...

caca head

so, today i am trying LUSH brand caca rouge henna in my hair.
it comes in blocks that look like chocolate...but does not smell like chocolate (:

i'm leaving it on for a few hours...
not really sure what color i'm aiming for, just something different to make the hair growing out process more bearable.

we will see how it came out in a bit!

LUSH henna

so i decided to try henna in my hair...to make this growing out thing more bearable.
i get bored with hair so easily.
i opted to try the LUSH brand, but will probably order some straight henna powder from now on.

leaving it on for about 4.5 hours...
